    I'm fine with the onions going in, but for a bake, it should be yellow or white onions, Texas-style. That would be almost kind of sort of like a chicken fajita.

    Tex-Mex food isn't quite analogous to Chinese-American food... Tex-Mex is still local, still has direct Mexican influences, as Texas was of course part of Mexico, and Tex-Mex is a blend of American western styles with local Mexican/Tejano technique, and influenced as well by Mexican immigrant culture.

    Did you seriously say you could make onion soup in under 10 minutes ? You put raw onions in hot water, or you think you can make chicken stock, caramelize onions, cover with cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C... In 10 minutes ? Respecte la soupe à l'oignon, espèce de sagouin.

    To be fair I'd call this fusion... also definitely not soupy but saucy like a thick sauce. Amount of sauce depends on which area some have very minimal sauce some have medium. I like it super lots of sauce again sauce not soup not watery

    1. There's Onion in adobo. It removes the acerbic taste. Especially if you're cooking chicken, pork or beef. 2. Do NOT friggin' add water. Adobo do not need water!

    Lactose is Milk sugar and the enzymes invoilved in the cheesemaking process gradually remove the lactose. The process takes about 2 weeks in soft cheeses and around 4 in hard cheeses. as a rule of thumb, any cheese aged over 2 months is safe. Also, english mustard is powerfull AF. It's REALLY angry mustard with a very sharp and acidic taste.

    If you are trying to sell to an audience that you can make ramen in 6 minutes... I can't say what I want to say... ha. but no. Just don't. Stick to making toast. I understand that these reaction videos focus mainly on failed dishes, and yes... I have been watching a lot of them... but I am getting so disillusioned to the "professionalism" of these celebrity chefs. I really do think they should know better and be above and beyond the basic-b**** mistakes they make in these videos. They have the time and resources to do research, test dishes, and respect that damn recipe. And don't make jank like this and end with "mm tastes good". Shush. Stop lying. Grr. haha
